Welcome to Classical Dressage Manawatu

We are a small team of three like-minded horsewomen—Liana, Simone, and Cate—brought together by a shared passion for French Classical Dressage and a dream of creating something special for the Manawatu region.

Our mission is to make Classical Dressage accessible, inspiring, and enjoyable for everyone who shares our love of the art. We aim to be the heart of Classical Dressage in the Manawatu—a central hub for learning, connection, and support. Whether you’re just starting your classical journey or have been studying for years, you’re welcome here.

We host regular clinics with world-class international clinicians, including students of the late master Nuno Oliveira. These events are open to all disciplines and experience levels, and focus on building lightness, self-carriage, and connection through correct biomechanics and balanced training.

But more than anything, Classical Dressage Manawatu is about community. We’re here to share dreams, swap stories, encourage one another, and most importantly—have fun with our horses.
